Loved the hotel and room. The ladies in the front were so nice and helpful. Even took a picture of my husband and myself in front of their Christmas tree for us. Will definitely be back again.
Jen and Layla were absolutely wonderful and helped my family and I at breakfast immensely. Hotel was very clean love the lobby area, and love the location. Great job guys and thank you so much for helping my family of six. Feel like they were home away from home during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Great stay, Zac and Ekaterina were very friendly and very helpful at the front desk. Housekeeping was done early and well everyday as I asked, that's not always the case even when requested. Megan and Deirdre in the bar were very friendly and hospitable. There were junior hockey teams staying at the hotel and the hotel did a great job with them so that they didn't disrupt other guests. The location is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance and lots of shopping as well. The only downside is the rooms feel a little dated but that doesn't really take anything away from the experience at the hotel.
Stayed here solo on a business trip. Great hotel. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Laundry for guests is handy and open 24/7. Buffet breakfast was good. Had a complimentary hot chocolate and coffee station which was a nice touch, especially in the winter weather!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton in Novi! Zac was absolutely amazing — so patient and kind, and he helped me with so many things during my stay. You can really tell he cares about the guests. I also noticed another lady at the front desk who was just as calm, helpful, and smiling the whole time — it really created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Zac even surprised me with a hot chocolate to go, which truly made my day! I left feeling so happy and taken care of. Thank you, Hilton Novi, for the outstanding service!
A lot parent-less kids yelling and running down sleeping rooms. Addendum 9/30/2025: Our stay came after a very long, tiring day. I may have been a little hasty in my posting. After contacting the front desk, the issue was resolved, and it turns out that the kids were really well behaved, when observed the next day. As I posted on Airbnb, our stay was very good.
Rooms are clean. The lobby was nice. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast with a single waffle maker, eggs, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal etc. There is a mall across the street. You are able to walk to stores and resturants. Staff at check in and in the evening were pleasant. However had a problem at check out. Did speak to the general manager after I arrived home. Who made me feel as a valued guest. She made sure I was satisfied with the solution to my issue. Overall despite a negative interaction with a employee. It did not affect my overall view of the hotel. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.
Short, simple and sweet, this is a nice hotel. Clean rooms, and polite staff. Located right next to the fun places (Hub Stadium and some excellent restaurants). Good experience here.
